Screening
A brief screening is required before any first meeting. A reference from another companion, a verifiable professional profile, a directory handle or a short video call all satisfy it. Screening exists for mutual safety; what you send is held in confidence and never shared.
Booking & Deposits
Engagements are confirmed in direct conversation, by WhatsApp or email. A deposit may be requested for first meetings and for travel, to hold the date. Specifics are agreed between us, never posted publicly.
Cancellation
Twenty-four hours notice, please. Late cancellations and no-shows may affect future availability. Plans change and I will always handle it with grace — but our time is the one thing neither of us can replace.
Age Requirement
All clients must be 21 or older. Age may be confirmed as part of screening.
Nature of Services
I offer social companionship — dinner, travel and private social engagements. All interactions are between consenting adults, and any fee discussed is for time and companionship only.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States of America.
